प्रभावी तिथि: 27 अगस्त 2026. यह गोपनीयता नीति बताती है कि viewgrip.net, ViewGrip website/web app, supported browser extension, Android/WebView, Traffic Exchange/campaigns, creator/AI tools, support, payment flows, notifications और संबंधित सेवाएं ("सेवा") उपयोग करते समय ViewGrip जानकारी कैसे एकत्र, उपयोग, साझा, संग्रहीत और सुरक्षित करता है।
यह Policy ViewGrip ecosystem में वास्तविक processing categories का वर्णन करती है। कुछ features optional हैं, इसलिए हर category हर user से collect नहीं होती।
Privacy Policy संस्करण: VG-PRIVACY-2026-08-27-R2. ViewGrip का संचालन इंडोनेशिया से किया जाता है और इस Policy में वर्णित processing के लिए जिम्मेदार है, सिवाय जहाँ कोई third-party provider अपनी terms के अनुसार processing को स्वतंत्र रूप से तय करता है।
Registration/management में email, username, display/full name, password-authentication data, account status, membership, referral relationship, preferences, coin/balance, settings, activation/recovery और timestamps process किए जा सकते हैं। Password readable plaintext में store करने के लिए नहीं हैं; authentication credentials hashed या अन्य protected form में रखे जाते हैं।
IP और last-login IP, network से approximate country, browser/device characteristics, OS family, user-agent, session IDs, hashed device/network IDs, security/anti-abuse signals, CAPTCHA/Turnstile, login events और technical records process हो सकते हैं। कुछ behavior records raw IP की जगह cryptographic hash रखते हैं।
Campaign URLs, YouTube video/channel IDs, titles/settings, target country, duration/speed, interaction options, budgets, worker assignments, watch/interaction verification, statistics, coin spending/earning, transfers, referrals, feature use, page events, traffic/referral source और service delivery/security के अन्य records process हो सकते हैं।
ViewGrip YouTube API Services उपयोग कर सकता है और video, channel, thumbnail, title, duration, statistics या function हेतु अन्य public API data process कर सकता है। Google द्वारा स्पष्ट authorization वाली feature में permission के दायरे का authorized YouTube/Google data भी process हो सकता है। ViewGrip YouTube password नहीं मांगता।
Content Blueprint, Content Creation, Content Ideas, Tag Optimizer, Thumbnail Maker या अन्य tools पर prompts, instructions, keywords, video/channel info, text, image या input, generated output, processing status, usage metadata और required files process हो सकते हैं।
Purchases में ViewGrip user ID, email, product/membership, quantity, price, currency, transaction/order/payment IDs, gateway, status, timestamps, credited amount और reconciliation records process हो सकते हैं। Payment provider card, wallet, crypto, billing, tax या financial data अपनी policies के तहत सीधे collect कर सकता है। Provider द्वारा handling होने पर ViewGrip full card number जानबूझकर store नहीं करता।
Support/chat/ticket पर messages, attachments, account IDs, technical context, history और support actions process हो सकते हैं। Push enable करने पर push/player ID और delivery preferences store हो सकती हैं।
Location/processing के अनुसार ViewGrip contract performance या requested pre-contract steps, consent, legal obligation और legitimate interests जैसे security, fraud prevention, support, product improvement और protection पर निर्भर हो सकता है। Consent required basis होने पर आप लागू कानून के अनुसार वापस ले सकते हैं; पहले की lawful processing प्रभावित नहीं होती।
ViewGrip session authentication, persistent/"remember me" login, language, referral attribution, security और analytics के लिए cookies/identifiers उपयोग करता है। Cookies readable password store करने के लिए नहीं हैं। Essential cookie disable करने से login/features काम न करें।
Google Analytics या समान technology उपयोग हो सकती है। Current web implementation IP anonymization request और user interaction/delay के बाद analytics load कर सकती है। Provider अपनी policies और ViewGrip configuration के अनुसार browser/device और usage info पा सकता है।
ViewGrip YouTube API Services उपयोग करता/कर सकता है। YouTube-related features YouTube Terms के अधीन भी हैं। Google की processing Google Privacy Policy में है।
यदि आप ViewGrip को अपने Google/YouTube account के Authorized Data तक स्पष्ट रूप से पहुंच देते हैं, तो ViewGrip के disconnect या deletion controls के अतिरिक्त Google Account permissions के माध्यम से access revoke कर सकते हैं। Revocation के बाद ViewGrip revoked authorization से नए authorized requests करना बंद करेगा। जहाँ YouTube API Services policies लागू हों, संबंधित stored Authorized Data को यथाशीघ्र और revocation के 30 calendar days के भीतर delete किया जाएगा, जब तक लागू कानून अलग treatment आवश्यक न करे।
जब तक YouTube API Services policies किसी Authorized Data category के लिए स्पष्ट रूप से अधिक storage की अनुमति न दें, YouTube API Data को 30 calendar days से अधिक बिना refresh के नहीं रखा जाएगा; उसे delete या refresh किया जाएगा। जो statistics या अन्य Authorized Data कानूनन अधिक समय रखा जा सकता है, उसे कम से कम हर 30 दिन में revalidate किया जाएगा, जिसमें authorization जारी होना और source availability शामिल है, जैसा YouTube policy अपेक्षा करती है।
आप ViewGrip account/data deletion controls या support@viewgrip.net के माध्यम से stored YouTube API Data हटाने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं। जहाँ YouTube API Services policies लागू हों, ViewGrip valid deletion request के बाद covered stored API Data को यथाशीघ्र और अधिकतम 7 calendar days में delete करेगा। ViewGrip द्वारा stored data हटाने से YouTube द्वारा स्वतंत्र रूप से stored data नहीं मिटता; उसके लिए YouTube या Google controls का उपयोग करें।
ViewGrip YouTube password मांगता या store नहीं करता। Public/authorized API data केवल disclosed ViewGrip functions और related security/support/compliance के लिए उपयोग होता है।
ViewGrip personal data data brokers को नहीं बेचता और user personal information पैसे के लिए नहीं बेचता। लेकिन operation, transaction, requested integration, protection या law के लिए आवश्यक होने पर providers/third parties को data उपलब्ध कराया जा सकता है। Feature के अनुसार इनमें शामिल हो सकते हैं:
ViewGrip से खोला third-party site, YouTube page, payment page, app store या external service अपनी terms/privacy से governed है। ViewGrip independent third-party privacy practices के लिए responsible नहीं।
AI-enabled creator feature जानबूझकर उपयोग करने पर relevant prompts, instructions, public metadata, text, image या required inputs configured AI provider जैसे OpenAI को requested output generate/analyze करने के लिए भेजे जा सकते हैं। Confidential info, दूसरे व्यक्ति का personal data या ऐसा content न भेजें जिसे process करने का अधिकार न हो, जब तक feature हेतु necessary, lawful और appropriate न हो।
Payment information transaction initiate, verify, reconcile, refund या dispute करने वाले provider से share/receive होती है। Checkout provider email और ViewGrip user/order ID; crypto provider order description/ID और transaction detail; Google Play verification हेतु purchase/order/product info दे सकता है। Providers financial info अपनी terms/privacy में process करते हैं।
ViewGrip/providers आपकी country के बाहर data process कर सकते हैं। International transfer safeguards की कानूनी आवश्यकता पर ViewGrip available lawful transfer mechanism या अन्य permitted basis उपयोग करेगा। Data protection और government access rules देशों में अलग हो सकते हैं।
ViewGrip active account, transaction/accounting, fraud/duplicate abuse prevention, disputes, agreements, legal obligations और security सहित Policy purposes के लिए reasonable necessary अवधि तक data रखता है। Records के lifecycle अलग हैं।
Account deletion के बाद limited deletion/anti-abuse या transaction/security record आवश्यकता और कानून की अनुमति से रखा जा सकता है; यह unrelated use की अनुमति नहीं देता।
ऊपर दिए general retention periods Section 6 की limits से आगे YouTube API Data retention नहीं बढ़ाते। यदि कोई internal ViewGrip record YouTube API Data से जुड़ा है, तो API-derived हिस्सा YouTube-specific schedule पर delete, refresh या revalidate किया जाएगा, भले ही अलग internal campaign, transaction, security या legal record अधिक समय रखा जाए।
Available account controls या ViewGrip web deletion process से अनुरोध करें। Normal path न मिले तो support@viewgrip.net संपर्क करें। ViewGrip requester का account control verify कर सकता है। Active fraud/security/payment/abuse investigation limited records की deletion timing/scope प्रभावित कर सकती है, mandatory rights नहीं।
स्थान के अनुसार आपको access, correction, deletion, restriction/cessation, objection, consent withdrawal, portability, processing information या authority complaint के अधिकार मिल सकते हैं। ये legal exceptions, identity verification और applicable law के scope के अधीन हैं।
ViewGrip account delete करने से YouTube, Google, app store, payment/AI provider या अन्य third party द्वारा independently held data अपने आप नहीं मिटता। ViewGrip यदि provider के जरिए अपने behalf पर process करता है और deletion legally required है, तो covered data को applicable provider relationship के अनुसार हटाने/संभालने के reasonable steps लेगा।
Suspension, ban या anti-abuse investigation अपने-आप आपकी account deletion request देने की क्षमता समाप्त नहीं करती। ViewGrip केवल उतनी सीमित जानकारी रख सकता है जिसके लिए lawful और necessary reason हो, जैसे विशिष्ट fraud-prevention, security, payment, transaction या legal records; retained data unrelated purposes के लिए उपयोग नहीं किया जाएगा।
ViewGrip unauthorized access, misuse, alteration या loss घटाने के लिए authentication, session protection, CSRF/security controls, CAPTCHA/Turnstile, access restrictions, transaction verification, logging और anti-abuse measures सहित administrative/technical safeguards उपयोग करता है। कोई Internet service, database, device या transmission पूरी तरह सुरक्षित नहीं। Unique password रखें, email/devices बचाएं, supported clients update रखें और suspected compromise तुरंत report करें।
ViewGrip automated rules/risk signals और जहां उचित manual review से duplicate accounts, suspicious payments, bot-like behavior, invalid campaign, referral manipulation, device/network abuse या violations पहचान सकता है। इससे additional verification, internal credit hold/reversal, campaign/account limits हो सकते हैं। यदि कानून significant automated decision पर human review/objection right दे तो support@viewgrip.net संपर्क करें।
Service 18 वर्ष या अधिक आयु के users के लिए है और बच्चों या 18 वर्ष से कम व्यक्तियों के लिए निर्देशित नहीं है। ViewGrip जानबूझकर 18 वर्ष से कम व्यक्तियों का personal data एकत्र करने का प्रयास नहीं करता। यदि ViewGrip को ऐसे data के collection का पता चलता है, तो लागू कानून के अनुसार उसे delete, restrict या अन्य उपयुक्त तरीके से handle किया जाएगा।
ViewGrip product, provider, security, legal या data-practice changes के लिए Policy update कर सकता है और effective date बदलेगा। कानून की आवश्यकता या material change पर additional notice या consent required new processing से पहले लिया जा सकता है।
Privacy questions, requests, complaints, Google/YouTube authorization या account deletion सहायता के लिए support@viewgrip.net संपर्क करें। Relevant account/request बताएं, लेकिन password या अनावश्यक sensitive information कभी न भेजें।
