Effective date: August 27, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how ViewGrip collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use viewgrip.net, the ViewGrip website and web application, supported browser-extension experiences, the Android application and WebView-based experiences, traffic-exchange and campaign features, creator/AI tools, support, payment flows, notifications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
This Policy is intended to describe actual categories of processing across the ViewGrip ecosystem. Some features are optional, so not every category of information described below is collected from every user.
Privacy Policy version: VG-PRIVACY-2026-08-27-R2. ViewGrip is operated from Indonesia and is responsible for the processing described in this Policy except where a third-party provider independently determines its own processing under its terms.
When you register or manage an account, ViewGrip may process information such as your email address, username, display/full name, password authentication data, account status, membership information, referral relationship, preferences, coin or balance information, account settings, activation/recovery information, and timestamps associated with registration or account activity. Passwords are not intended to be stored as readable plaintext; authentication credentials are stored in hashed or otherwise protected form.
ViewGrip may process IP address and last-login IP, approximate country derived from network information, browser and device characteristics, operating-system family, user-agent information, session identifiers, hashed device or network identifiers, security and anti-abuse signals, CAPTCHA/Turnstile verification data, login events, and related technical records. Some product-behavior records store a cryptographic hash of an IP address rather than the raw address.
We may process campaign URLs and YouTube video/channel identifiers, titles and campaign settings, target country, duration and speed settings, selected interaction options, campaign budgets, worker assignments, watch or interaction verification records, campaign statistics, coin spending and earnings, transfers, referral activity, feature usage, page events, traffic/referral source, and other operational records required to deliver and protect the Service.
ViewGrip may use YouTube API Services and may process public YouTube data such as video, channel, thumbnail, title, duration, statistics, or other API data needed by a feature. If ViewGrip offers a feature that you explicitly authorize through Google, we may also process the authorized YouTube/Google data covered by the permission you grant. ViewGrip does not need or ask you to provide your YouTube password.
When you use Content Blueprint, Content Creation, Content Ideas, Tag Optimizer, Thumbnail Maker, or other creator tools, we may process the prompts, instructions, keywords, video or channel information, text, image or other inputs you provide, along with generated outputs, processing status, usage metadata, and files necessary to provide the requested feature.
For purchases, ViewGrip may process your ViewGrip user identifier, email address, product or membership selected, quantity, price, currency, transaction/order/payment identifiers, gateway, status, timestamps, credited amount, and reconciliation records. Payment providers may collect payment-card, wallet, cryptocurrency, billing, tax, or other financial information directly from you under their own policies. ViewGrip does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers when payment credentials are handled directly by those providers.
If you contact support or use chat/ticket functionality, we may process your messages, attachments, account identifiers, technical context, conversation history, and support actions. If you enable push notifications, ViewGrip may store a push-notification/player identifier and related delivery preferences needed to send notifications.
Directly from you when you register, configure campaigns, purchase coins or membership, use creator tools, submit support requests, change settings, or otherwise provide information.
Automatically from your browser, extension, Android app/WebView, server requests, cookies, sessions, logs, APIs, and security/analytics systems when you use the Service.
From third-party services you choose to use with ViewGrip, including YouTube/Google APIs, payment providers, app stores, anti-abuse/security services, analytics services, notification providers, and AI providers.
From publicly available third-party platform information where a ViewGrip feature needs that information to operate.
To create, authenticate, recover, secure, and administer accounts and persistent login sessions.
To provide campaigns, traffic-exchange functionality, worker assignment and verification, coins, memberships, referrals, creator tools, notifications, and other requested features.
To verify purchases, reconcile transactions, apply credits or membership benefits, handle refunds or disputes, prevent duplicate credit, and maintain accounting records.
To detect bots, duplicate accounts, fraud, payment abuse, manipulation, security incidents, policy violations, and attempts to evade platform safeguards.
To provide customer support, investigate complaints, communicate service/security notices, and respond to legal or regulatory requests.
To analyze product usage, measure reliability and feature adoption, diagnose failures, improve performance, plan product changes, and understand aggregate service activity.
To generate or analyze creator content through AI-enabled features when you request those features.
To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and comply with applicable law, court orders, lawful requests, provider requirements, and contractual obligations.
Depending on your location and the processing involved, ViewGrip may rely on one or more recognized legal bases, including performance of a contract or steps you request before entering a contract, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as service security, fraud prevention, support, product improvement, and protection of users and the Service. Where consent is the required basis, you may withdraw it subject to applicable law, without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
ViewGrip uses cookies and similar storage or identifiers for functions such as session authentication, persistent/"remember me" login, language preference, referral attribution, security, and analytics. ViewGrip cookies are not intended to store your readable password. Disabling essential cookies may prevent login or other features from working.
ViewGrip may use Google Analytics or similar analytics technology. The current web implementation may request IP anonymization and may load analytics after user interaction or a delay. Analytics providers may receive browser/device and usage information according to their own policies and the configuration used by ViewGrip.
ViewGrip uses or may use YouTube API Services. Use of YouTube-related features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
If you explicitly authorize ViewGrip to access Authorized Data in your Google/YouTube account, you can revoke ViewGrip's access through Google Account permissions, in addition to any disconnect or deletion functionality ViewGrip provides. After revocation, ViewGrip will stop new authorized requests using the revoked authorization. Where YouTube API Services policies apply, covered stored Authorized Data will be deleted as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days of revocation unless applicable law requires a different treatment.
Unless YouTube API Services policies specifically permit longer storage for a category of Authorized Data, YouTube API Data is not retained unchanged beyond 30 calendar days: it is deleted or refreshed. Statistics or other Authorized Data that may lawfully be stored longer are revalidated at least every 30 days, including continued authorization and source availability, as required by YouTube policy.
You may request deletion of stored YouTube API Data through ViewGrip account/data-deletion controls or by contacting support@viewgrip.net. Where YouTube API Services policies apply, ViewGrip will delete covered stored API Data as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days of a valid deletion request. Deleting data stored by ViewGrip does not delete data stored independently by YouTube; use YouTube or Google controls to delete data held by those services.
ViewGrip does not request or store your YouTube account password. Public YouTube data and any authorized API data are used only for the ViewGrip functions disclosed to you and for related security, support, and compliance purposes.
ViewGrip does not sell personal data to data brokers or sell a user's personal information for money. ViewGrip does, however, disclose or make information available to service providers and third parties when necessary to operate the Service, complete a transaction, provide a requested integration, protect the Service, or comply with law. Depending on the feature you use, these parties may include:
Google/YouTube for YouTube API Services, Google Play purchase verification, Google Analytics, and Google security/CAPTCHA services where used.
Cloudflare, including Turnstile and network/security functionality where used.
Lemon Squeezy or another merchant/payment service used for checkout and transaction processing.
NOWPayments for supported cryptocurrency payment processing.
OneSignal for push-notification delivery where notifications are enabled.
OpenAI or another configured AI provider for creator/AI features, moderation, generation, or analysis requested by the user.
Hosting, infrastructure, caching, database, email, logging, security, customer-support, and professional-service providers that process information on ViewGrip's behalf or as independent providers.
Authorities, courts, regulators, payment networks, advisers, or affected parties when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud/security incidents, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
A third-party website, YouTube page, payment page, app store, or other external service that you open from ViewGrip is governed by that third party's own terms and privacy practices. ViewGrip is not responsible for independently operated third-party privacy practices.
When you intentionally use an AI-enabled creator feature, relevant prompts, instructions, public content metadata, text, images, or other necessary inputs may be transmitted to the configured AI provider, such as OpenAI, so the requested output can be generated or analyzed. Do not submit confidential information, personal data about another person, or content you do not have the right to process unless it is necessary, lawful, and appropriate for the feature.
Payment information is shared with or received from the payment provider necessary to initiate, verify, reconcile, refund, or dispute a transaction. For example, a checkout provider may receive your email and ViewGrip user/order identifier; a cryptocurrency provider may receive an order description or identifier and transaction details; Google Play may provide purchase/order/product information for verification. Payment providers process financial information under their own terms and privacy policies.
ViewGrip and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, ViewGrip will rely on an available lawful transfer mechanism or other legally permitted basis. Data-protection standards and government-access rules can differ between countries.
ViewGrip retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing an active account, maintaining transaction and accounting records, preventing fraud and duplicate abuse, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting legal obligations, and maintaining service security. Different records have different lifecycles.
Pending accounts that are not activated are configured for cleanup after approximately 30 days.
Certain recent-watch/anti-duplication records are configured for cleanup after approximately 7 days.
Campaign statistics are configured for cleanup after approximately 3 months.
Guest support-chat conversations may be removed after approximately 24 hours of inactivity, subject to the specific support workflow and related records.
Eligible completed generated-thumbnail records/files are configured for cleanup after approximately 1 month.
Session and persistent-login credentials expire or are revoked according to the authentication settings and can also be invalidated on logout, security action, or account deletion.
Account, payment, fraud, security, support, legal, and behavior/analytics records may be retained for longer when needed for the purpose for which they were collected, including prevention of repeat abuse, transaction reconciliation, disputes, legal compliance, or defense of claims. Where feasible and appropriate, data may be aggregated, de-identified, or deleted when it is no longer needed.
After account deletion, ViewGrip may retain a limited deletion/anti-abuse record or transaction/security records when necessary and permitted by law. Such retention does not authorize unrelated use of the retained data.
The general retention periods above do not extend YouTube API Data beyond the limits described in Section 6. Where an internal ViewGrip record and YouTube API Data are related, the API-derived portion is deleted, refreshed, or revalidated on the YouTube-specific schedule even if a separate internal campaign, transaction, security, or legal record is retained longer.
You can use available account controls or ViewGrip's web/account-deletion process to request account deletion. You may also contact support@viewgrip.net if you cannot access the normal deletion path. ViewGrip may need to verify that the requester controls the account. An active fraud, security, payment, or abuse investigation may affect the timing or scope of deletion for limited records, but does not remove rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or cessation of certain processing, objection, withdrawal of consent, portability, information about processing, or review/complaint through a competent authority. These rights are subject to legal exceptions, identity verification, and the scope of the law that applies to the request.
Deleting a ViewGrip account does not automatically delete information held independently by YouTube, Google, an app store, payment provider, AI provider, or another third party. Where ViewGrip acts through a service provider on its behalf and deletion is legally required, ViewGrip will take reasonable steps to have covered data deleted or handled according to the applicable provider relationship.
A suspension, ban, or anti-abuse investigation does not by itself remove your ability to submit an account-deletion request. ViewGrip may retain only the limited information that it has a lawful and necessary reason to retain, such as specified fraud-prevention, security, payment, transaction, or legal records, and such retained data is not used for unrelated purposes.
ViewGrip uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss, including authentication controls, session protections, CSRF/security controls, CAPTCHA/Turnstile verification, access restrictions, transaction verification, logging, and anti-abuse measures. No internet service, database, device, or transmission method is completely secure. You should use a unique password, protect your email account and devices, keep supported clients updated, and report suspected compromise promptly.
ViewGrip may use automated rules and risk signals, together with manual review where appropriate, to identify duplicate accounts, suspicious payments, bot-like behavior, invalid campaign activity, referral manipulation, device/network abuse, or other violations. These systems can result in additional verification, withheld/reversed internal credits, campaign restrictions, or account limitations. Where applicable law gives you a right to human review or objection concerning a significant automated decision, you may contact support@viewgrip.net.
The Service is intended for users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children or persons under 18. ViewGrip does not knowingly seek to collect personal data from persons under 18. If ViewGrip learns that personal data from a person under 18 has been collected, ViewGrip will take appropriate steps to delete, restrict, or otherwise handle the data as required by applicable law.
ViewGrip may update this Policy to reflect product, provider, security, legal, or data-practice changes. The effective date will be updated when the Policy changes. Where required by law or appropriate for a material change, ViewGrip may provide additional notice or request consent before applying a new processing practice that requires consent.
