Effective date: August 27, 2026. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of ViewGrip, including viewgrip.net, the ViewGrip web application, supported browser-extension experiences, the Android application and WebView-based experiences, creator tools, traffic-exchange features, campaigns, digital coins, memberships, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing or using a paid feature, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Terms version: VG-TOS-2026-08-27-R2. ViewGrip is operated from Indonesia. This version identifier distinguishes this revision from earlier Terms.
1. What ViewGrip Is — and Is Not
ViewGrip is an independent software and creator-promotion platform. It provides tools for content discovery and campaign participation, digital credits, membership features, analytics and account functionality, and creator-productivity tools such as Content Blueprint, Content Creation, Content Ideas, Tag Optimizer and Thumbnail Maker. ViewGrip is not YouTube, Google, OpenAI, or any other third-party platform, and is not sponsored, endorsed, operated by, or affiliated with them unless expressly stated in writing.
ViewGrip does not sell a contractual quantity of YouTube views, likes, comments, subscribers, watch time, ranking, monetization, recommendations, or any other third-party metric. A purchase from ViewGrip is for the digital coins, membership access, or features described at checkout. This description of the ViewGrip transaction does not mean that a third-party platform will accept, count, retain, monetize, or permit activity resulting from use of the Service.
2. YouTube and Other Third-Party Platforms
Some Service functions interact with, display, link to, or use data or functionality from YouTube. By using a ViewGrip feature that uses YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You are responsible for reviewing the rules of every third-party platform you use.
YouTube prohibits certain forms of artificial, manipulated, or incentivized engagement. The YouTube Fake Engagement Policy states that YouTube does not allow methods that artificially increase views, likes, comments, or other metrics and may regard engagement as illegitimate when its sole purpose is financial gain. The policy can also prohibit content or conduct that incentivizes engagement. Activity is not automatically valid merely because a real person performed it. YouTube may remove, disregard, delay, reclassify, or take enforcement action concerning activity it considers invalid.
You must not use ViewGrip to deceive advertisers, manipulate advertising revenue, click or encourage clicks on advertisements, evade platform enforcement, impersonate others, distribute spam, or violate a third-party platform's terms, community rules, API rules, or applicable law.
ViewGrip does not control YouTube's counting systems, algorithms, spam detection, monetization decisions, account actions, or policy enforcement and cannot reverse them.
If a third-party platform changes, restricts, suspends, or removes functionality, ViewGrip may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue affected Service features without guaranteeing an equivalent replacement.
3. Traffic Exchange, Campaigns and Participation
The Traffic Exchange allows account holders to allocate ViewGrip coins to campaigns and allows participating users to earn ViewGrip coins for qualifying activity determined by the Service. Depending on the campaign configuration and available product functionality, qualifying activity may involve viewing content or interaction signals associated with third-party content. This creates a risk that a third-party platform may classify resulting activity as incentivized, artificial, invalid, or otherwise contrary to its policies.
ViewGrip does not represent or warrant that campaign activity is compliant with every third-party policy, will be counted as valid engagement, will remain visible, will improve recommendation or search performance, or will qualify for monetization. Campaign owners and participants must independently assess whether their intended use is allowed by the relevant third-party service.
Campaign owners must have the rights or authorization necessary to submit, promote, or reference the content, channel, URL, metadata, text, image, or other material used in a campaign.
Participants must not use bots, scripts, farms, emulators, fabricated accounts, deceptive devices, automated interactions, VPN/proxy abuse, or other methods intended to defeat ViewGrip or third-party validation systems.
Users must not create campaigns that require unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, sexually exploitative, hateful, malware-related, fraudulent, or privacy-invasive conduct.
ViewGrip may reject, pause, limit, investigate, reprice, or remove a campaign or activity where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, policy compliance, system integrity, technical reasons, or protection of users or third parties.
4. Coins, Balances and Memberships
ViewGrip coins are internal digital units used within the Service. They are not legal tender, bank deposits, securities, cryptocurrency, or stored-value money and, unless a specific ViewGrip feature expressly states otherwise, have no cash-redemption value. Coins may be purchased, earned, transferred, spent, adjusted, reversed, or restricted only through functionality made available by ViewGrip.
Purchasing coins does not purchase a specified number of external views, likes, comments, subscribers, or other metrics.
The amount of coins required or earned may depend on campaign settings, activity type, membership level, fraud/security controls, system configuration, and other factors displayed or applied by the Service.
ViewGrip may correct coin or balance entries resulting from error, duplicate credit, reversed payment, chargeback, fraud, abuse, invalid activity, or technical malfunction, provided that mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
Memberships provide access to the features, limits, duration, and benefits shown at the time of purchase. Features and limits may evolve as the Service changes; material reductions affecting an active paid period will be handled subject to applicable law and the applicable payment provider's rules.
5. Accounts, Eligibility and Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your account and recovery email under your control. Do not share authentication credentials or allow unauthorized persons to use your account.
You may not create or control duplicate accounts to evade limits, sanctions, anti-abuse controls, referral rules, campaign restrictions, or other Service safeguards. ViewGrip may use account, network, device, payment, behavioral, and other signals to identify related or abusive accounts.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering these Terms. If the law where you live requires a higher age to enter this agreement or use the relevant paid or online service, that higher age applies. The Service is not intended for persons under 18.
ViewGrip staff should never need your ViewGrip password. You are responsible for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access to support@viewgrip.net.
6. User Content and Campaign Materials
You retain ownership of content and materials you own. By submitting a URL, title, description, comment text, image, prompt, campaign configuration, support attachment, or other material to the Service, you grant ViewGrip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for as long as reasonably necessary, to host, process, reproduce, display, transmit, adapt for technical formatting, and otherwise use that material solely to operate, secure, support, improve, and provide the Service.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for material you submit and that its use through ViewGrip will not violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual obligations, or platform rules. ViewGrip may remove or restrict material when reasonably necessary, but does not undertake to pre-screen or endorse user-submitted content.
7. AI and Creator Tools
Creator tools may use artificial-intelligence services to generate or analyze text, ideas, tags, plans, scripts, thumbnails, images, or other outputs. AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, non-unique, unsuitable, or similar to material produced for other users. They are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or platform-compliance advice.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and determining whether an AI output is appropriate and lawful before publication or use.
ViewGrip does not guarantee copyright ownership, non-infringement, originality, ranking, search performance, click-through rate, audience growth, monetization, or other results from AI or creator tools.
You must have the necessary rights to prompts, images, text, video metadata, and other inputs you submit to AI-enabled features.
8. Browser Extension, Android App and Technical Operation
The Service may operate through a browser extension, website, embedded/browser views, Android application, APIs, or other supported clients. These clients may communicate with ViewGrip servers to authenticate accounts, retrieve campaigns, verify eligible activity, enforce limits, prevent abuse, synchronize balances, provide notifications, and deliver creator tools.
You must not reverse engineer where prohibited, bypass security controls, tamper with requests or verification, forge client/device signals, interfere with another user, exploit vulnerabilities, overload the Service, scrape non-public data, or use an unauthorized client to simulate activity. ViewGrip may require updates or discontinue outdated clients for security, compatibility, policy, or operational reasons.
9. Payments, Taxes, Refunds and Payment Disputes
Payments may be processed by third parties such as app stores, merchants of record, payment processors, or cryptocurrency payment providers. Their additional terms, refund rules, billing requirements, and privacy practices may apply. Prices, taxes, currency, renewal terms, and the item purchased are those presented at checkout.
For a direct purchase of ViewGrip coin/balance, a refund request may be considered when the credited balance remains unused and the request is made within 24 hours of purchase. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, chargeback, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived, and provider-specific rules may apply.
Memberships, in-app purchases, and purchases handled by a third-party store or merchant may be subject to that provider's cancellation and refund process.
If you believe a payment is unauthorized or incorrect, contact support promptly. A chargeback or payment dispute may cause the disputed credit or associated benefits to be temporarily restricted while the matter is investigated. ViewGrip will not penalize a user merely for exercising a non-waivable legal right, but fraud, duplicate disputes, or abusive chargeback conduct may result in account restrictions.
You are responsible for taxes or charges imposed on you by law, except taxes ViewGrip or the payment provider is legally required to collect or remit.
10. Referrals and Promotions
Referral functionality may award ViewGrip coins or other benefits according to the rules shown in the Service. You may share your referral link through lawful channels, but may not create fake or self-referred accounts, misrepresent ViewGrip, spam, purchase deceptive traffic, impersonate others, or manipulate referral attribution. Referral rewards may be withheld or reversed when reasonably linked to fraud, duplicate accounts, payment reversal, or abuse.
11. Suspension, Investigation and Termination
ViewGrip may investigate suspected abuse and may temporarily restrict, suspend, blacklist, or terminate accounts, campaigns, devices, channels, URLs, payment functionality, or other access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or legal rights; respond to fraud or security incidents; comply with law or provider requirements; or enforce these Terms.
Where appropriate, ViewGrip may preserve limited records needed for fraud prevention, security, payment disputes, legal compliance, or enforcement even after an account is closed. Account deletion and personal-data rights are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law; a suspension does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.
Account suspension or termination does not automatically convert coins into cash or create a cash-redemption right. Earned, promotional, bonus, duplicated, invalid, fraudulent, or payment-reversed credits may be removed when supported by Service records and permitted by law. Unused coins directly purchased with money remain subject to Section 9, the applicable payment provider rules, the reason for termination, and any mandatory refund or consumer rights. ViewGrip will not use termination to avoid a non-waivable refund obligation.
12. No Guarantee of Results
The Service provides software functionality, campaign tools, internal digital credits, and creator tools—not guaranteed external outcomes. ViewGrip does not guarantee any minimum or permanent number of views, subscribers, likes, comments, watch time, impressions, rankings, recommendations, conversions, revenue, monetization eligibility, search position, traffic quality, or retention of third-party metrics. External metrics can change, be delayed, filtered, removed, or reclassified at any time by the relevant platform.
13. Service Availability and Changes
ViewGrip may modify, update, add, remove, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, legal or policy compliance, technical compatibility, or product development. Maintenance, outages, provider failures, internet conditions, third-party API limits, app-store actions, or events outside ViewGrip's reasonable control may interrupt the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ViewGrip disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing, except to the extent such warranties cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or statutory protections that applicable law makes mandatory.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViewGrip and its operators, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, monetization, ranking, channel status, or third-party metrics arising from or related to the Service, even if the possibility of such loss was known.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewGrip's aggregate liability for claims arising from the affected Service will not exceed the amount you paid directly for that affected Service during the six months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. If applicable law requires a greater minimum remedy or does not permit this limitation, that mandatory law controls. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other categories protected by mandatory law where applicable.
16. Your Responsibility and Indemnity
You are responsible for your campaigns, submitted materials, account activity, use of third-party platforms, and compliance with law and third-party rights. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold ViewGrip harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful content, infringement, fraud, material breach of these Terms, or misuse of the Service. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by ViewGrip's own unlawful conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by law.
17. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how ViewGrip collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information across the website, extension, Android app, WebView experiences, payment flows, analytics, campaign systems, support, notifications, and creator/AI tools. It forms part of these Terms.
18. Applicable Law, Mandatory Rights and Disputes
Except to the extent mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms and non-contractual disputes arising from the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before formal proceedings, you and ViewGrip should attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through support@viewgrip.net. Subject to mandatory consumer, privacy, payment, and forum rights, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Indonesia. Nothing in these Terms waives a mandatory right, remedy, regulator, consumer-protection body, or forum made available to you by applicable law.
19. Changes to These Terms
ViewGrip may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal or policy requirements, security needs, or operational changes. The effective date will be updated when the Terms change. Where required by law or reasonably appropriate for a material change, ViewGrip may provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued under mandatory law.
20. Severability and Entire Agreement
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase-specific terms shown at checkout, form the agreement governing the Service. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
